Thank you for your trust in and support of Void Visuals. We are dedicated to ensuring your artwork arrives safely and beautifully.
We provide Free Shipping on all standard sizes. Lenticular prints are shipped with DHL Express, ensuring end-to-end tracking and professional handling. Canvas prints are shipped by our local production partners. Free shipping covers transport only. Import taxes and courier fees outside the EU are separate (see section 4).
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed after payment has been confirmed. Processing time varies depending on the product type:
Canvas Prints:
Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
Lenticular Prints & Limited Editions:
When in stock: 3–5 business days before shipping.
When out of stock: depending on the lenticular printing partner, production can take up to 15 business days before shipping.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
2. SHIPPING ORIGINS & CARRIERS
To ensure the highest quality and most efficient delivery, your order may be shipped from one of our specialized production partners:
Canvas Prints: Shipped via our print-on-demand network, with production facilities in the EU, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and UAE. Orders are automatically routed to the nearest facility to minimize shipping times and to reduce or eliminate potential customs fees.
Lenticular Prints & Limited Editions: Manually assembled and shipped directly by Void Visuals from our studio in France, via DHL Express.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor its journey to you.
3. SHIPPING TIMES & COSTS
We currently ship to the following countries and regions:
European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden
Rest of the world: Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Iceland, Israel, Isle of Man, Japan, Liechtenstein, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States
Canvas Prints Shipping Times
Canvas Prints are fulfilled via a global print-on-demand network with facilities in various regions (including USA, Canada, EU, UK, Australia and UAE). Orders are automatically routed to the production facility closest to the delivery address. This localized fulfillment reduces shipping times and minimizes or eliminates potential customs fees.
Lenticular Prints Shipping Times
Lenticular prints are handcrafted, assembled in, and shipped from France. Depending on your delivery address, shipment times vary.
Shipping within the EU: 2-5 business days
Shipping to UK, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein: 3-8 business days
Shipping to US & Canada: 5-10 business days
Shipping to Asia: 5-15 business days
Shipping to Australia & New Zealand: 10-15 business days
Shipping to UAE, Israel, Turkey, Ukraine and other destinations: 6-20 business days
Delivery times for destinations outside the EU do not include customs clearance, which can add time.
4. DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS FOR LENTICULAR PRINTS
Lenticular prints and Limited Editions are shipped internationally from our studio in France, so customs duties, import taxes and courier fees may apply depending on your country. Canvas prints, produced within the EU, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, or UAE, are shipped domestically for the vast majority of orders and are not affected by this section.
Within the EU: No customs duties apply.
Outside the EU (including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States and Canada): Import VAT or sales tax, customs duties and courier handling fees may apply under your country's regulations. These charges are collected by the carrier or the customs authority, usually before or at delivery. They are not included in the price or in free shipping, and they are the responsibility of the recipient. Where technically supported, estimated amounts are shown at checkout.
United Kingdom: Orders are cleared through UK customs on arrival. UK import VAT (currently 20 percent) and, where applicable, customs duty are calculated on the value of the goods including shipping and insurance, and are payable by the recipient to DHL before delivery. DHL may add a handling fee. These charges are collected on behalf of UK customs and are not part of the price paid to Void Visuals. VAT-registered business customers may be able to account for import VAT on their own VAT return.
Customs regulations change periodically and are outside our control. Void Visuals is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
5. DAMAGES & MISSING ORDERS
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@voidvisuals.com with your order number and photographs of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly.
