Our Website is protected by the reliable third party program “Wordfence” and prevents any hacking attempts of our website or database.

Ordering
By placing an order the user does a legally binding purchase from Void Visuals. Void Visuals accepts this purchase by sending the user a confirmation email. By placing an order, you agree to and accept these terms and conditions, as well as our privacy policy and the general website terms and conditions.
Payment
The payment is due with the order being placed by the user. All prices include German tax.
Payment of the end amount can be made by payment option available on the checkout page.
Delivery
After purchase you will receive download access to our digital products by email.
Cancellation and returns
Since all our products are digital, we do no accept returns and refunds. In special cases like an accidental double payment, send an email to support@voidvisuals.com and we will handle your case on an individual base.
